Even in the midst of seriousness, there is always a place for a time-out to take a breather and have a snack. In this vein, a fellow blogger has informed me of his own blog where he has lampooned Sai Baba with glee with the aid of comical images. Hope these give you a good belly laugh as they did me!

  • Yes, the Baba is a good eater! His servitor, Mrs. Ratan Lal provides hot meals for him every day and she is not the only one. According to himself, he regularly takes ragi porridge. At lectures for foreigners it has been told that he takes papaya or other fruits plus two fresh cocoanuts for breakfast and coffee. He is reported by various devotees to drink coffee at various times of day. He has said in interview that he only eats chapatti with chutney, but he is seen in pictures to eat a variety of sweets. One man (Mr. V. Ramnath of Bangalore) who went to dinner with a Central Trust member and family reported that he ate heartily of all the many dishes provided, and tasted all the sweets provided. But there are many stories about him never eating, eating almost nothing and he has added to them himself.

  • So what if Baba enjoys a good meal?Dont you also eat food and excrete it?If you are in a human body what else are you supposed to do?Unless of course, you eat shit and shit cooked food?You never know with these so- called ex- devotees,anything is possible.
