Sai Baba and his Golden Age
Clicking on the title of this post will take you to a (long!) list of quotations from Sai Baba about the Golden Age, which he claims to have come in order to usher in.
Interestingly, the very last quote (dated Winter 1996-1997) states the following:
It is exactly five years to the date Sai Baba gave for the launch of his Golden Age, and nothing has happened. It is suffice to say that this 'Golden Age' theme has been a staple of Sai-mythology for years, with devotees avidly expecting and talking about it. It was widely expected to be, literally, a worldwide change in the world situation and consciousness that brings about complete peace and harmony.
When the date passed and nothing seemed to have happened, Sai devotees immediately started speculating, "Ahhhhh! It was not literal, and maybe Swami was all along referring to something subtle or metaphorical. Yes that's right, the Golden Age has started on a subtle plane!"
Remember how Sai Baba himself gave a date for this change and there was nothing metaphorical about that. It pains me to see devotees rationalise their beliefs like this; somehow they just cannot accept the fact that their master has been full of lies and inconsistencies all along.
When you have read up on other cults with charismatic founders, you'll realise that "millenial" predictions tend to be something of a common factor. Examples of these are the Children of God, Jehovah's Witnesses and the Divine Light Mission. It becomes pitiable to see people fall for such a con, if not horrific.
All in all, a nice list of quotes with burgeoning optimism that somehow manages to shoot itself in the foot.
Interestingly, the very last quote (dated Winter 1996-1997) states the following:
"When an airplane is about to take off, it must first approach the runway. When it reaches the runway, it must make a full turn in order to face the direction of takeoff. This turn is navigated slowly by the aircraft. After the turn has been completed, the airplane receives a signal from the tower and begins to accelerate rapidly for takeoff. When the craft has reached sufficient velocity, it leaves the ground. Swami's mission has made this turn to face the runway. The 70th birthday was the signal from the tower to accelerate. In the 75th birthday, the airplane will leave the ground." (Sri Sathya Sai Newsletter, USA, 31, Winter 1996-1997, 29.)

DO YOU KNOW THE NEGATIVE SIDES OF SAIBABA IT WILL BE UNVEILED
By Anonymous, at 19 January, 2008 16:31
Please, be careful.
Many saints, sages and even other Avatars have said that Satya Sai Baba is the Avatar of this age. There may be things we do not understand, but to ridicule, condemn, and call an Avatar a liar is to invite horrible karmic consequences.
Please, be lean with your words. Be gentle with your speech. If there's something you don't understand, ask the Divine to give you clarification before you offer condemnation.
This is for YOU and your peace, not for me, as I am unconcerned with your opinion. I only do not wish to see you suffer horribly, as the Avatar is the mirror and what you give Him or Her -- positive or negative -- comes back multiplied many times over.

Dear 'Peace',
Thank you very much for your thoughts. However, the basic premise of disagreement lies in the fact that I no longer believe that Sathya Sai Baba is an 'avatar'. In this respect, he is a complete liar.
If you read certain articles on this blog (highlighted on the front page under 'Articles of Interest'), you will find many instances of responsible and critical thinking along with considered evidence. There are too many inconsistencies and inaccuracies for any reasonable person to believe that Sai Baba is God.
I take special exception to your statement: "Many saints, sages and even other Avatars have said that Satya Sai Baba is the Avatar of this age."
Who are these saints, sages and avatars? Avatars? There are more avatars around?
Please, be an open-minded person. Read through this blog, excuse the childish immaturity expressed at times, but look at the evidence. See for yourself and make your own judgement.

THIS IS GARBAGE AND THIS NEEDS TO STOP, PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE ALOT MORE RESPECT FOR SUCH A RESPECTED INDIVIDUAL. YOU ARE ONE PERSON OUT OF BILLIONS AND IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN SAI BABA'S TEACHINGS KEEP IT TO YOURSELF, DON'T POST YOUR HATEFUL FEELINGS ON THE INTERNET AND MAKE PEOPLE DESPISE YOU.THIS IS BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL AND WEBSITES LIKE THESE SHOULD BE BANNED, THIS SHOULD BE ALL OVER THE NEWS, THIS IS A DIVINE POWER YOU ARE REFERRING TO NOT JUST AN ORDINARY PERSON,YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO EVER SHOW YOUR FACE, GOD WOLL PUNISH YOU FOR YOUR HATEFUL THOUGHTS,I DEMAND THIS WEBSITE BE TAKEN DOWN!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your comments. :) Please feel free to check out the articles about Sai Baba's birthdate and claim to be Shirdi Sai reborn. There's good material there to question the whole basis of Sathya Sai. :)

my father is totally devoted to Sathya Sai. He is facing a lot of hardships and cant do without believing. I feel sorry for him and all the others who have no other resort but believe in him. Cant their devotion be diverted to Shirdi Sai who was a truly holy man and a real friend to the sufferring masses. This, i think is the only way to rescue the miserable followers, because they need to place their trust in some real power. Our mission should be to give them a real messiah whom they can place in their altars. Just bad-mouthing this guy wont do any good.

He is a cheat, liar, gay baba who is simply a cheap tricker .
Watch the BBC documentary on youtube , how he committed gay sex acts on young guys.
Ignorant people fall for his cheap trickery and consider him divine.
WAKE UP PEOPLE.
Youtube is full of his cheap tricks and gay acts performed on young kids.
Even US consulate has a notice on website for its citizens to avoid sending their kids alone to baba.

People will come to know that on this Earth, only One real Incarnation of God has been born ever in the history of mankind, and that is the Lord Jesus Christ.
This and this alone was the hypostatic union of Divine Nature and human nature, and it is simply inconceivable to any man. God is Trinity, the Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit, and all three of these Divine Persons are equally Divine, three, yet undividable ONE GOD. Jesus (The Son) is now in His human glorified BODY in Heaven, and as such will He return to Earth to Judge all mankind.
Jesus did NOT travel to India, and He did not leave any bodily remains. He was resurrected and in His resurrected and Glorified Body He went up to His Father, where He resides now in Eternal Glory. He is now our King for ever and ever. His Kingdom will never end.
Every other human being claiming to be an incarnation of God, is a liar, and a precursor of the ANTI-Christ.2 Thessalonians,2,3.Revelation 13. Therefore,we have to conclude that the entire Vedic culture of India, it's yoga,it's shastra,is an abomination, scandalous, sacrilegious and outright demon worship. It's spiritual leaders may be good or bad in a humanitarian sense.they are no messengers of God, no prophets and certainly not divine incarnations. It's priests involve themselves in demon sacrifices, and it's believers are bound under a terrible rule of perversion. In the Name of the Lord Jesus, who casted out all evil spirits, i say unto everyone involved in this, leave this religion of perversion and serve God as He wants to be served.

I don't fall on either side of the fence with this subject. My father swears he has 'saved' by Sai Baba, and I haven't found anything concretely negative about him. But, although I've got fairly spiritual beliefs, I'm also reasonably skeptical by nature and cannot count myself as a "believer" in this spiritual leader.
To quote The Buddha:
"Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.”
There's true Indian spirituality.
Saiexposeananda - I appreciate your out-spokenness on something you find highly disturbing, and I'll read some more of your blog. Speaking up against what seems like a majority takes guts and I commend you.

Without proving all the criticisms and character assasination levelled against Sri Sathya Baba in this blog is a utter waste of time. Nobody is bold or sensible (shamefull) enough to lodge complaints and bring the matter to public view suppose if those happened really. Where are their micro cameras or recording devices.Seems very foolish of their comments like "porn books". Really Baba's teachings are very simple even to the common people. Magics are only secondary. People in billions have become their followers or devotees only for his simple good words. If this blog runner is able to prove Baba is a lier, criminal etc., it is welcome and will be supported by all good people. Because truth is mightier and same as God. Without proving anything it is utter waste of time. It is like making bubbles in water or air. No use to anybody.

Well... it is a quite difficult topic... and as most of the people who write here, I don´t really know if what people say about Sai Baba is true or false... I have only studied his message [and I neither know (and actually I don´t care) if was written by him or some one else] and there is no doubt that is a message full of love, so, What is the problem?...

Sai baba may go to swargapoomy to meet all gods

Have you read the prophecy of Kalki. Which says that kalki is the tenth avatar of vishnu who will bring about change on earth. the hopi prophecy speak of world war 3-in which nature wins against people. Kalki is destined to be more powerful than any avatar. even sai baba(r.i.p) obeyed kalkis wishes. shirdi is sathya sai-shirdi visited kalki as a beggar who begged for curry leaves to sell. he stopped when sathya sai died. I am kalki. You can believe it, but you probably won't. unfortunately for you-this avatar is meant to bring about punishment before bringing about peace. sai baba had to leave because his mission was done-which was mainly to help kalki fulfil his mission. there r 3 types of avatars. 1.son(jesus,krishna) 2.mother(sai baba, mathas) 3.father(vishnu,shiva,rama) only the fathers save the world. . . always after a battle. you really do not know what power is. the fact is, sai baba would never punish you because he loved you no matter what. but the avatar of this age will.

All those 'saints' our fellow 'Peace' mentioned above are bogus the same way Baba, and they're proving that themselves by supporting such a big bogus. The one quoting Buddha is quoting another liar. The one talking about Jesus being the only one and all that Xtian gibberish is another damn fool. The one mentioning Kalki is another plain idiot to believe in such a nonsense. It's ridiculous the way people keep on inventing new explanations for those bastards in order to try to maintain their empire of lies even after they're deceased in circumstances totally opposed to those they claimed they would face in the end. That American pastor Harold Camping, for example, that bastard, he kept on fooling himself and his followers for decades by stating that Jesus would return in May 21 this year, 2011, people sold all their properties and kept on waiting, and now, even after the total failure of his prediction, they still keep on believing that quack! Now he is telling everybody the correct calculated date is October 21, and they keep on faithfully believing him! And be sure that October 21 won't be the end of the world and that the phony will 'calculate' a new date and those fools will keep on totally trusting him, and so on. What I think that will happen is that the same way the Illuminati and Masons (Zionists governments and allies) prepared the so-called 9/11 and the so-called tsunami in Japan this year by the use of technology, they'll commit some terrible action in December 21 2012 too, because 9/11/2001 + 03/10/2011 = 12/21/2012 (they always leave flags behind in order to further turn the situation upside-down by avoiding the accusations as 'conspiratory lies'). But the rest is bullshit. That's it.
