A Few Words Of Shirdi Praise...

Although this was received some weeks ago, I have been terrible at keeping up with all of the positive (and negative) emails that I get in relation to this blog. In response to the recent and devastating Shirdi Lies exposé, I received this nice letter from a devotee of Shirdi Sai Baba who had some very interesting points to make. Needless to say I am in agreement with their views. The sender has given permission to post their letter but chooses to retain anonymity:

---------------------------------------

Hello! (I don't know your name, excuse me).

I have had all my life devotion towards Shirdi Sai Baba. I agree with you that Satya Sai Baba is not the reincarnation of Shirdi Sai Nath. Since I discovered your blog yesterday, I felt the need to share this thought with you:

Shirdi Sai Baba was an avatar. Avatars do not reincarnate. That's the very simple reason why Satya can't be Shirdi's reincarnation. Avatars come from the Absolute directly, they are not subject to reincarnation, nor are they beings that have evolved to mukti. They come already complete, from the Divine, not the result of a chain of births. Reincarnation and avatarhood are not compatible. God, the Supreme, manifests as an avatar, a man, and that's it. Again and again, but no reincarnation implied.

Satya could have said that he is an avatar, like Shirdi Baba was, like Krishna was, and so on. But saying that he is the reincarnation of Shirdi Baba shows his ignorance about what avatar is and means. If Shirdi Baba was God incarnated (avatar), what of him could reincarnate and be passed to another body? If that other body (Satya) is an avatar, what he needs from the past Shirdi Baba when he can do all and knows all? Reincarnation only operates on the basis of ignorance and limitation, does not apply to avatars. They come from the Supreme, are the Supreme and return to the Supreme.

Best regards

  • Namaskar to all, I ve been observingt his site for few days. Let me just give some comment. Well, for someone who don't believe in satya sai baba for whatever reason, it is better to leave the whole thing as it is. Because there is no point talking about it. Wheter he is genuine or avathar or whatever it doesn't matter but if we keep on contemplating on something negative it will affect our own mind at the end.

Ok now, it si true that this cult might end up liek what happen to jesus christ. basically it is people who endorsed their god. jesus was declared as son of god after 100 years later on so is the case with many yogis from india and same applies with sai baba. I will totally agree that sai baba is yogi and his powers are sadhana begotten powers. and there is no such thing as natural powers.
From my own researchon some yogic and tantric text, it is clear that any human being are capable to elevate his/herself and can be known as khandavatar, amshavatar, kalavatar and purnavatar. basically unit beings are known jivakoti. and there are isvarakotis which are powerful human beings(divine being) but they were jiva kotis elarlier but aftyer many lives of sadhana they elevate themselves to teh status of isvarakotis and known as some avatar. above isvarakoti is brahmakoti and this is the pinnacle of creation. fully realized soul become a brahmakoti and examples are liek ramakrishna, babaji, guru nanak, kabir, chaitanya mahaprabu. satya sai baba falls under the category of isvarakoti but remmeber isvarakotis have to elevate themselves to brahmakoti and they can also degenenarate if they dont follow yogic moral code of yama and niyama . use of occult powers indiscriminately is one example of breach of yama n niyama and this can degenerate an isvarakoti. and satya sai baba is a sadhaka of isvarkoti and he is losing his powers. Thats all for now.namaskar

  • Bhagawan when where how will take human form only Bhagawan can say it. When Prema Sai come I am sure the stupid brains that blame Bhagawan misunderstand Bhagawan will correct itself. We cannot accept Bhagawan because we accept girls that satisfy feelings we accept relations that bring us name fame money going behind short living temptations and happiness will teach us lessons that we study at the old age only.

  • And how do you know Prema Sai will come? You haven't got a clue, but only your faith in it. Or rather, your faith in Sathya Sai Baba's statement that he will come as Prema Sai. Apart from that, you have no other evidence.

And have you given a thought to what you will do if Prema Sai does not come?
